Cancellations, Return, and Exchange Policy
Purchase transactions are final after submitting payment. Cancellations are only allowed before order is processed and shipped. Reach out to us through the cancellation and refund box located under this policy. Transactions are processed between 1 to 72 hours after transaction is completed. Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed. If a cancellation is approved, we will request the financial institution in charge to make the refund. Baeve LLC cannot determine the period of time that the money will show up in the customer's account and made to the same payment method used by the client.
Refunds only in store credit. Due to health and safety store items can’t be returned. If an item is broken in its original packaging upon arrival you have 7 days after receiving the item to contact us through the cancellation and refund box located under this policy and we will arrive to an agreement. However, Baeve LLC reserves the right to approve or deny a request for refund or cancellation. Customer has 30 days to use store credit or it will be lost.
The clothing items are handled by another company. Therefore, the products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes a bit longer to deliver it to you.

Shipping
Once an order is paid, Baeve LLC will process the transaction between 1 and 72 hours. USPS will be used as principal carrier. Currently, we only shipped nationally USA and PR. If you would like an international order contact us through our social media (IG: Baevellc) to explore options. Most orders will be sent through Priority Mail. Any issues please contact us.
Baeve LLC is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Once shipped Baeve LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Any damage or delays caused by USPS will have to be addressed with the postal office. Any issues that Baeve LLC knows about will be communicated to the customer.
